• Scarrington Horseshoe pile
  Aslockton Road
  A tower of around 50,000 horseshoes outside the Old Forge at Scarrington, built between June 1945 and April 1965 by Mr.George Flinders, village blacksmith for over 51 years. At ~10 tons it"s thought to be the largest stack of used horseshoes in the world.
