• Carved Feather Tree Trunk Seat 1021
  Carved trunk of a single piece of oak. Commissioned as part of the first Handsworth Park Arts Trail. The Tree Trunk Seat was inspired by a feather blowing across the grass as Graham carved the seat on site.
• Circle of the Year 1021
  Materials: Brazilian slate, etched sandblasted and painted. Center space open for members of the public to create temporary chalk drawn artworks & notices on. Surrounded by a mosaic based on grasses & reeds growing around the lake.
• Hands and Minds Speak 1021
  Carved from Cornish Granite, installed as part of a programme by Birmingham City Council for contemporary artists to create public art for heritage restorations in city parks. Controversial since installation; shrouded by dense overgrowth until 2021.
• Roots & Branches - Four Corners Sculpture 1021
  Mimics the natural oak branches form, carved and shaped to fit with forged, fabricated steel. Four tree forms with extended roots on the ground which can be used as seats. The inner area provides a meeting point with paths leading in and out.
• Sons of Rest Mosaic
  Holly Road 1021
  The Sons of Rest Mosaic was commissioned to commemorate the centenary of the end of the First World War in 2018. It celebrates the Sons of Rest Movement that was founded in Handsworth Park by veterans in 1927.
• SS Journey 1021
  A representation of the bow of a steamship with a passenger looking to the distance and to their future. Local- Hector Pinkney MBE, youth worker and mentor for young people in the area and known to many locally as ‘Mr Handsworth’ modelled for the figure.
• Steel Pulse Revolution Album Cover Mural 1021
  The large mural at the entrance to Handsworth Leisure Centre was commissioned as part of Punch Records’ BASS Festival’s celebration of 50 years of Reggae and coincided with National Album Day and Black History Month.
• Sun Guardian Bear
  Holly Road 1021
  Formed part of the city-wide ‘Big Sleuth’ that saw 100+ Bears displayed across Birmingham, raising money for Birmingham Children"s Hospital. Mat used a graffiti style in his work and the Bear’s design is very bold with strong, clear, colourful patterns.

  Polished stainless-steel spheres reflect the park multiple times to the viewer, allowing them to carefully consider their environment and surroundings. Anchor is also the symbol of the B"ham Assay Office, linking to the City’s wider industrial heritage.
• The Commonwealth - Here and Now 1021
  Commissioned to mark the hosting of the Commonwealth Games 2022. Inspired by a fairground waltzer made of galvanised steel and bright plastic wood-effect slats. The bench is playful and welcoming, large enough for groups to admire the lake view.
• The Memory Chest
  Holly Road 1021
  Created in 2018 for the anniversary of the end of the First World War and informed by workshop activities that explored ideas around stories and letters sent home from the Trenches.
• Veranda Stories - PYRAMID TOWER 1021
  Artists worked with women participants to explore their journeys. Mandalas the women made were adapted to produce the designs for the tower, which has a meditative quality to it when beneath and viewing the sky through patterns in the roof of the pyramid.
• Victorian Drinking Fountain Canopy 1021
  Donated by Councillor Austin Lines was a major proponent of the park and after its establishment. Originally located elsewhere in the park but was moved to its current location in the 1950s, and now no longer contains the original Drinking Fountain.
